Hot stones or towels can be added for increased relaxation.

Deep tissue massage is a great modality for easing pain and discomfort in joints and in muscles. Clients can expect a slow, firm pressure that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, with the goal of releasing chronic tension and pain.
Tui na is a hands-on body treatment that uses Chinese taoist principles in an effort to bring the body into balance. Techniques used may include brushing, kneading, rolling, pressing, and rubbing the areas between each of the joints into attempt to get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles. Techniques may be gentle or quite firm.

Herbs and essential oils can be a therapeutic benefit when added to a massage. Indulge your sense with an herbal sugar or salt scrub, a clay treatment, or add hot stones to melt away tension.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that is very gentle and relaxing. Reiki works with the body's life force energy to promote stress reduction, healing, and addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
